Who Do I Call?
Anyone interested in WATP services including, employers, human resource personnel, job developers and social service providers should contact an RTA Mobility Specialist.
Individuals can gain access to WATP services and information by following three (3) simple steps:
Step 1:
Contact an RTA Mobility Specialist
Contact an RTA Mobility Specialist serving an areas closest to your home, business, or NFSC.

Step 2:
Complete a Van Service Eligibility Determination Evaluation and Registration Form
All potential riders must complete a van service eligibility determination evaluation and registration form. This can be done in person, or over the telephone. In some cases individuals will be asked to present or by fax documents to the Mobility Specialist.
Step 3:
Van Service Processing
Registration Forms are processed by the Mobility Specialists usually within three (3) business days. Once processed, a trip plan is developed detailing the bus or rail route, and/or WATP van service available, and that information is communicated to the rider.
What does the Van Service Cost?
- Each van service rider must have an RTA Monthly Bus/Rapid Pass or a Bus/Rapid 7-Day Pass.
- RTA Farecards and Passes can be purchased at any participating RTA sales outlet.
- Below is a quick reference for RTA general cash fares, farecard and pass cost effective July 1, 2006.

- All Senior/Disabled cash fares, farecards and passes require passenger to show valid RTA/Senior ID, RTA Disabled ID, or Medicare card.
- All Day Passes are available for purchase on all RTA vehicles at the farebox and at retail agents.
- ADA certified Paratransit passengers may ride fixed-route bus and rapid service at no cost.
